In 2010, The Excellence in Development Award was presented to Pickard Chilton by the Urban Land Institute Nashville Chapter for the design of The Pinnacle at Symphony Place in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Pickard Chilton won the Award for Excellence for the Urban Land Institute for 1180 Peachtree in 2007.
In 2003, Pickard Chilton was honored by the Urban Land Institute with the Large Scale Project of the Year Award for Emory University Hospital Midtown.
