CTBUH Seattle Future Leaders Presents: The Eight

Join the Seattle CTBUH Future Leaders for a project tour of Bellevue's latest class A+ office tower followed by a sponsored networking hour.

The Eight is a class A+ office tower designed for an inspired Bellevue and tenants to attract and retain top talent. Prominently located along NE 8th street in downtown Bellevue, The Eight features a welcoming public plaza landscaped with native plants of the various Pacific Northwest ecosystems, an indoor/outdoor lounge and a level two amenity floor with a flexible gathering space, shared deck overlooking the plaza and a gym. The ground level also features retail spaces along NE 8th, including a stand-alone mass-timber pavilion, and is situated along the 108th Ave. bike corridor. The location offers unparalleled connectivity with pedestrian access to both the new light rail station and Bellevue transit center as well as direct freeway access. The site is also adjacent to downtown Bellevue hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues as well as The Bellevue Collection, the region’s major retail destination.

The Eight comprises approximately 541,000 square feet (50,260m2) of office space as well as four levels of below-grade parking for tenants. Clad in a high-performance, floor-to-ceiling glass façade, the 26-story tower utilizes a side-core design to offer highly flexible floorplates of approximately 23,000 RSF (2,140 m2) each.
