1900 Crystal Drive

Designed as a benchmark for future developments in greater Arlington, 1900 Crystal Drive respects and continues Vornado Charles E. Smith’s tradition of innovative and inspiring properties in the metropolitan Washington D.C. market.  1900 enjoys commanding views of the entire Washington D.C. metro area as well as sweeping vistas of the Potomac River and Northern Virginia.

The twenty-four story project includes office, retail, amenity and public spaces as well as five levels of below-grade parking.  Rising to over 300 feet, 1900 Crystal Drive will be the tallest skyscraper in Crystal City.  The two story retail podium maximizes its frontage on Crystal Drive and the plaza park.  Service access, back-of-house and major mechanical spaces are located on the lower levels of the podium to allow for maximum flexibility in the planning of the public spaces above.
